Please have the following ready — incomplete submissions delay resolution:

  • 📹 Unboxing video — recorded from the moment you opened the parcel

Our 15-Day Claim Window

Claims must be submitted within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days, we are unable to process returns or replacements. If you are unsure of your delivery date, check your courier tracking SMS.

What Happens After You Submit?

  1. Our team reviews your claim and video within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).
  2. If approved, we arrange courier pickup from your address — you pay Rs. 300 for your side.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or replacement is processed within 15 working days.

What do I need to submit a claim?

You need: (1) your Order ID, (2) your full name and registered phone number, (3) an unboxing video showing the issue, and (4) a brief description of the problem. Fill in the form on this page or send everything via WhatsApp to 03003969790.

Yes — without exception. An unboxing video recorded from the moment you open the parcel is required for every return, replacement, or damage claim. Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected, regardless of the issue.

Our team reviews submitted claims within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Saturday). You will receive a response via WhatsApp once your claim is reviewed. If your claim is approved, we will arrange courier pickup from your address.

For approved claims, you pay Rs. 300 for the courier pickup from your address. We cover the return delivery side (sending your replacement or confirmed return item back). This applies to both return and replacement claims.

COD refund = Order Amount − Rs. 300 (pickup courier) − 4% government tax (2% Income Tax + 2% Sales Tax withheld by the courier — non-refundable).

Example: Order Rs. 10,000 → Rs. 10,000 − 300 − 400 = Rs. 9,300 refunded.
Prepaid orders: Rs. 10,000 − 300 = Rs. 9,700 refunded.

Refunds are processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Refunds are issued via the same method used at checkout. For COD orders, refund is via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash — please provide your account details when submitting your claim.

No. Change-of-mind returns require the item to be unused, in re-sellable condition, with the original box and all accessories intact. If the item shows signs of use, missing parts, or damaged packaging (not from shipping), the claim will be rejected and the item returned to you.

If your claim is rejected after inspection (due to misuse, missing parts, no valid unboxing video, or item not matching the video), no refund or replacement is issued. The item will be returned to you and standard courier charges apply. Please ensure your unboxing video is clear and unedited to avoid rejection.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged from the outside, do not open it without recording a video first. Film the exterior damage, then film the unboxing. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 03003969790 with photos of the damaged exterior and your unboxing video. Do not refuse delivery — accept it and contact us.

Show the wrong item clearly in your unboxing video — hold it up so the product and its label are visible. Then WhatsApp us at 03003969790 with your Order ID and the video. We will arrange a pickup and send the correct item at no additional courier charge to you for approved wrong-item claims.
